With questions as probing as those you'll find in the CQ Test, you'll rightly be concerned about your privacy. Our promise to you is short and sweet.

The only thing we'll ever do with your answers is use them to help you track down people with whom you're compatible.

We don't, heaven forbid, sell or rent data. Nor do we use it for any other purpose.

1. General

Just25words.co.uk enables people to confidentially take a compatibility test, then compares their answers with those of others in order to find well-matched partners. The sole owner of information collected on this web site is Greencannon Limited. We collect information from you at a number of different times during your use of the site and when you write to us, telephone us or email us your details.

2. When you join Just25words

To participate in the Just25words.co.uk compatibility test you will need to register and by necessity we must ask you for a certain amount of personal information. None of the information we are given however can be used by anyone other than employees or sub-contractors of Just25words or its owner, Greencannon Limited, to identify you.

2.1. The information we collect

Just25words.co.uk collects two types of information from you - information, which is submitted to us directly, and information, which is not directly submitted (please see section on cookies). The information we collect is used to match you with other members in our compatibility service.

Two types of directly submitted information are collected by Just25words. We refer to them as Published Information and Confidential Information.

Published Information consists of details which are used in our free search facility. All Published Information is publicly available on the Just25words.co.uk web site.

Confidential Information comprises those details we need to organise your registration (including but not limited to your date of birth, address etc) as well as answers to the Just25words compatibility test, which are used solely for the purpose of matching you with other users.

2.2. Disclosures of Confidential Information

We will only disclose Confidential Information to: Suppliers engaged to process data on our behalf which are subject to strict confidentiality and privacy obligations. Otherwise, we will not sell, share or rent this information to anyone else.

5. Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data, which we send from our web server to your web browser, enabling the server to collect information about you from the browser. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. We use cookies to present you with a personalised version of the site and to allow you to access information about your account. If you reject the cookie, you may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that you may find yourself limited in some areas. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

You have three options should you wish to modify or remove information from the Just25words.co.uk database:

You will then be able to choose whether or not you consent to your information being used in this different way.

9. Security

Just25words will always make every effort to protect your information. We take every possible step to protect your information off-line. All information relating to you is restricted in our organisation. Only those employees who specifically need information to perform their job (our customer care team for instance) are given access to personally identifiable data. All employees are obliged to sign our Employee Privacy Agreement. The server on which we store all confidential information is protected in a high-security environment.
